GMVP
Fully Automatic Drying System | Models 500–5000
The GMVP drying system adjusts to your material and plant conditions in real time. It monitors air temperature, moisture levels, and resin type. The system then sets the right drying parameters on its own. Built-in sensors track performance and keep the process stable. Operators manage the system through a clear 10-inch touchscreen.
Key Benefits:
- Lowers material and energy costs
- Keeps drying conditions stable
- Adjusts automatically as conditions change
- Works with single or multiple hoppers
GenesysNext
Mono Hopper Drying System | 400–5,000 m3/h
GenesysNext dries material while tracking key process data. It measures residual moisture in the resin and monitors injection pressure to help reduce scrap. The system adjusts energy use based on real operating conditions. It works well with both virgin and recycled plastics. Two units can share one control screen when needed.

Vantage Series
Compact Desiccant Dryer | Up to 175 CFM
The Vantage Series dryer is built for fast start-up and steady performance. It delivers consistent airflow, stable drying temperature, and low dew point through the full drying cycle. A dual desiccant bed system supports reliable moisture removal. The compact stainless steel enclosure protects key components while allowing easy access for service. The control screen is simple to use and tracks key dryer functions.
XTLR Crystallizer
Hopper Dryer for PET or PLA
(Virgin or Regrind)
The XTLR Series crystallizes amorphous PET and PLA before processing. Its closed-loop design reuses heated air to save energy. A solid cone supports smooth material flow. The system includes a separation feature to prevent pellet clumping. Large access doors and removable parts make cleaning simple.
