Equipment Highlight - Lybra LV / LVR Volumetric Doser
The Lybra LV/LVR volumetric dosing unit delivers accurate and repeatable additive control from 0.21 to 190 kg/h, making it ideal for colorants and additives in injection molding. Powered by a brushless motor and intuitive 7” touchscreen interface, the system allows operators to quickly set parameters and monitor production. With removable dosing stations, multiple auger configurations and seamless integration into supervisory systems, Lybra offers flexible dosing performance while simplifying material changeovers and improving mix consistency.
Lybra LG - LGR
Lybra LG is a gravimetric doser which is precise and flexible. It is also available in cooled version under the name of LGR.
The dosing auger available in 3 configurations, single, dual or triple flight screws, assures high level of accuracy and repeatability. The intuitive graphical user interface allows the operator to control the main parameters such as actual and set values or instantaneous production and access all unit’s functions.

Quantum Gravimetric Batch Blender
